History

Following a shared experience of studying in Spain, the engineer Paolo Mastinu from Italy and the engineer Sebastian Averdung from Germany created Sarda Sol S.r.l.. The company was founded in 2008 with the aim of developing renewable energy projects. The agronomist Mauro Panetto also joined the company, allowing to expand the partners engineering approach.

Thanks to a multidisciplinary team with long experience, Sarda Sol is able to offer a full range of services suitable for plants of all sizes and types. The company provides services for private investors, investment funds, municipalities, public utilities and insurance companies. It is currently based in Italy and in Germany.

After planning and executive construction of medium voltage photovoltaic plants, Sarda Sol and partners, who joined the implementation path, handle their technical, legal, accounting and commercial management. The company follows actively all processes and problems associated with the investment, such as feasibility, planning, design, acquisition of permissions, partnership construction, creation of the financial structure, construction, management and maintenance. Consequently the company developed a special expertise in the photovoltaic business management, as well as a strong problem-solving attitude for all technical, administrative, bureaucratic, accounting and financial issues.
